Change requests are minor tasks — text updates, link swaps, formatting, image replacements. Functionality changes, redesigns, and custom features are quoted separately.

Turnaround for minor requests is 24–48 business hours. We’ll flag anything that will take longer up-front.

Billing is monthly or annual (discounted). Cancel any time before the next cycle. All payments are final; no refunds for unused months.

Access — full WordPress admin plus any relevant hosting, analytics, and CDN logins are required within 14 days of onboarding.

No guarantees on specific SEO ranking or traffic outcomes. Web performance is influenced by many factors outside our control — we optimise for the ones we own.
